Tipps
Orientiert man sich an den Richtlinien der
National Strength and Conditioning Association,
so findet man folgende Empfehlungen:
°
5 bis10 Minuten Aufwärmphase
°
1 bis 3 Serien von 6 bis 15 Wiederholungen
mit leichtem bis moderatem Widerstand
bzw. Gewicht (30 bis 60 Prozent) des 1 RM
(repetition maximum)
°
3 Minuten Pause zwischen den Serien
°
Intensität schrittweise steigern auf
70 bis 85 Prozent des 1RM
°
Dauer mindestens 12 Wochen,
Frequenz 2 bis 3 Mal pro Woche
°
Beginn ab dem 7. Lebensjahr
